I mean the case set it's self feel it might not been ever used. Just dirty from age and storage. The Sterilizer tray might need a clean has sign of used. Never know that these case fit in a sterilizer. No name or marking on sterilizer and scalpel. Needle, retractor and the case do. Scalpel have lite rust and little of chrome pulling up. Zoom in to picture ask questions if needed. SOLD AS FOUND Dirty and a stain shown in pics. Has cute Strings that you tie the case up. My Favorite is the drawing of the tools of the tools on the canvas case. Oh! Plus letter in German of course.
