Issue is that playback on display is noisy at start, but after recording something on the tape, the playback becomes normal. Recording works fine and nothing is wrong with the tape. After some period of time, the playback gets noisy again. Battery holds charge. Manual has some wear. The camcorder shows some wear. The padding on the hand strap was removed. Also there is some hairs or material inside when viewing from the eye piece. Viewing through display is not a problem. Only issue is with playback on display which fixes itself after recording something. All other functions seem to work normally. Ships with USPS Ground Advantage.
