Description: This beautiful top does tie around the arms these are like crop sleeves it also has an elastic at the bottom hem. It does have two areas where I can see that it has some flaws I do point it out in the pictures one is in the front by the neck area and the other one is in the back of the top there's no holes it's just the threading. They are not noticeable it's just me really inspecting it. also it is not see-through at all because it is lined. The only area that it's see-through is on the sleeves those are not lined.
