Description: This listing is for one pair of bolt on D-ring mounts. These mounts come unfinished raw steel and will need to be painted before installing. The formed design helps keep the weight down and eliminates any deforming under heavy side pulls. The mounting plates are made from 3/16" and 1/2" plate. Using fixtures during the welding process keeps the parts flat. These bolt on D-ring mounts are intended for those that are NOT running a rear bumper These bolt to existing eight holes in the face of the rear crossmember. If you have a Jeep TJ 1997-2004 or a Jeep YJ 1987-1995 two of the mounting holes on each side would need to be drilled as they only have the outer four holes on the crossmember. This listing is for one pair of welded D ring mounting plates. D rings and mounting bolts are not included. If your Cj does not have a factory hitch the required 3/8" mounting bolts (8pcs) should be 1 1/2" long however If your jeep Cj has a factory installed hitch four of the required 3/8" bolts would have to be 2-2 1/4" long on the center four mounting locations.
