The DOW CORNING MOLYKOTE 111 lube included in this O-Ring/Seal Set is NSF/ANSI 51/61 certified and safe for use in food processing and in your Jura machine. Watch out for similar lube of unknown certification, unknown origin or expired, as it may not comply with United States food safety laws. The inclosed lube comes from a recent batch with documented origin. Manufacturing batch number is 0008935937 with a shelf life of 04-JULY-2022. Please Note: The lube you use when refurbishing your brew group and drainage valve comes in direct contact with the coffee you are drinking.
