The entity within the vessel identifies herself as “Sister Nellie” and alleges that she was a nun who lived in Savannah, Georgia, USA during the late 1800s. She claims that she was a beloved caretaker of children who was well liked within the local community. “Sister Nellie” also states that she was a direct bridge to Christ himself and was able to perform miracles at times. We do not believe any of this to be true. From the moment this vessel crossed our doorstep we immediately knew that this was an entity of complete and utter darkness. “Sister Nellie” is a powerful demon. We do not know the true name of the demon. She may pretend to be a kind and caring spirit but she has a nasty vengeful streak and is especially likely to lash out if you doubt her authority as a religious figure. Her appetite for revenge is strong and you may notice her encouraging you to seek vengeance against someone who has hurt you in the past, she may attempt to persuade you that these revenges are Biblical justice served to those that deserve it. She will offer assistance in these matters and claim divine powers but the truth of the matter is that she is channeling the energies of pure Black Magic, of which she is a highly powerful conduit. At times she may offer to perform a “miracle” for you. While we have not accepted this offer it seems that these so called miracles are more akin to a devil’s pact and there will be a spiritual price to pay for whatever “miracle” she performs. We don't know how “Sister Nellie” came to be bound in this vessel. However she seems to be fond of it. She likes to take the form of an averaged sized African American woman in a nuns habit in dreams, there is something uncanny about her appearance and you can immediately tell that whatever you are seeing is not a human spirit at all. The previous keepers of this vessel reported that after bringing it into their home they experienced intermittent issues with television and radio signals. Her presence can also be accompanied by a faint whispering sound that sounds like someone reciting a prayer in the very far distance. The vessel was acquired by its previous owners from a small junk shop in Savannah Georgia. They said that they were drawn to it and felt that it had a “holy” energy surrounding it. Only after they brought it into their home did they realise it was something else. After relocating to the UK in 2023 they discovered the figure in the bottom of one of the moving boxes and decided to they needed to get rid of it. A friend of theirs who we have worked with in the past suggested they send it to us. “Sister Nellie” can be very hot and cold when it comes to communicating. At times she can seem very devout and friendly and others it is like a black cloud has descended upon the room. She prefers to communicate using the pendulum and in fact we have observed that using a crucifix on a chain as a pendulum yielded the best results. “Sister Nellie’s” vessel is a vintage/antique fully hand sculpted and painted ceramic figure. We are not sure how old it is but it does have some wear in line with age. It is very heavy. We would recommend storing “Sister Nellie” away from other spirit dolls. Most spirits are very afraid of her presence. It takes a strong guardian spirit to repel her dark energy. Keeping her stored away separately with some form of protection against her power is advised.
