The outer pile lined flaps can be attached under your chin if desired. They can be worn with both flaps up, both down or just one down depending upon the weather, Features a short bill/visor that can also be worn up or down, 80 % Cotton, 20% Polyester outer shell with a 100% cotton inner liner. I believe that the sizing is a snug fit. I believe that the lower number on the sizes is the most accurate fit.
