Please provide inscription information after purchase so that we can get right to work customizing your memorial. You will receive a proof for approval that includes the inscription information that you provide. The proof will not be sent until payment has been received. As a practical suggestion, please check with your cemetery for any size, product, or labor/contractor restrictions and make sure that the descriptions of this item fit within their guidelines, if applicable. Some cemeteries, such as country cemeteries and church cemeteries, will have no restrictions or paid personnel on site. Estimate weight of the unit after assembled on the cemetery plot is 600 lbs. A lift gate will be provided by the shipping company so that you don’t hassle with unloading. The shipping company provides curbside delivery to your address and will unload the pallet using a liftgate. The shipping company will NOT navigate into the cemetery to the burial plot. It will be your responsibility to get the product to the burial plot via cemetery personnel or a private contractor. It is your responsibility to erect the monument in the cemetery or hire a local setting company/contractor/cemetery personnel to do this on your behalf. Due to production times, your item(s) will ship about 3 to 4 weeks after your purchase and proof approval.
