Description: USPS raised Media Mail rates as of July 14. I was already taking a loss on Shipping. I can't take an even bigger loss on most (small margin) items. It's hard enough to compete now. Discounted S&H will show in cart. I prefer free S&H. However, I am using it as an automatic $5 discount per additional disc or book. Currently excludes Magazines because they can not be shipped medial mail. Must add to cart to receive discounts. Does not work on multiple items bought through offers. This is an eBay feature.
