The mini dress sports large shoulder pads, rounded neckline, a tailored bodice with an asymmetrical drop waist and a mini length bubble skirt in taffeta. The dress has a hidden rear zipper. MEASUREMENTS: No size labels ... bust fits a size 32 bust or smaller best (bust measures 34 inches), natural waist measures 28 inches and the hips are free. There is no stretch to the dress- as always, remember to leave room for you when using these measurements to determine fit. The dress is 35 inches in length and the sleeves are 23 inches long.
