Head badge number is 0176. January 1986???) mens Schwinn CRUISER 5-speed deluxe bicycle with 26" wheels. It is in the original and very appealing ICE BLUE colored factory paint. If you like unique UNRESTORED original bikes, this may be a great bike for you. With the insanely high price of gas (and the economy being bad) now is the time to ride a cool vintage bike! *This bike has a cool mens cruiser style frame and forks with original paint and decals, original screen chainguard, large SCHWINN cruiser style seat, (has a rip) chrome seat post clamp, wide cruiser handlebars, cool old school bmx looking neck/stem, unique looking white comfort hand grips, aluminum 5-speed Suntour shifter, Suntour derialleur, Schwinn reflector bow pedals, factory chrome kickstand, and more! These bikes are cool and have so much potential! *These do not come along often. Take care of it and it will only go UP in value! I love these Schwinn B6, Phantom, frame style bikes! Many people dont know these exist. You rarely see them in any condition! In fact, I have NOT seen one of these in a long time! They ride very nice! *The tires are 26x2.125". They are vintage wide whitewall tires and do hold air. The bike has chrome rims with heavy duty/thick spokes front and rear. *The bike is an original FIVE-SPEED and the gears do not operate. (likely needs a shift cable?) The hand controlled brakes are operable. (may need adjustment or possible cable replacement) *DIMENSIONS The standover height is approx 31". The distance from the floor to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 28 1/2". The distance from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 19". The center of the handlebar stem to the center of the seat post is approx 22". The bike will accomadate most any rider comfortably. The seat height is easy to adjust. *NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is not bad for its age. I love the fact that this one still wears its original paint. (has some chips scratches and top bar wear. See pics) The chrome is shiny but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (most every used bike out there seems to) If you click on any of the pics they get very large to show lots of detail. Please take a look at all pics for exact condition and email with any questions before you bid. *This appears to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. A great bike to ride on relaxing days through the park or to the beach.
